some changes in distributor

There have been some changes in distributors in Canada and the US. Handa Health Care no longer provides masks to Good Manner Canada Inc. Clear Pro Global is the only authorized distributor in Canada. And In the US, kf94mask.com based in Austin, Texas, is one of the official distributors of Good Manner Masks.
