Kayla Walker is a second year college student at Sam Sharpe Teachers' College. She is currently studying to become a modern languages teacher, specifically in the languages Spanish and French. Her aim is to acquire her Bachelor's Degree in Education at the end of her 4 year tenure.

 "Ever since I was a child, I had a deep fascination for foreign languages. Most of my spare time was spent learning new words and phrases as well as watching foreign movies with English subtitles or English movies with foreign subtitles. I became more passionate about languages as I got older. I want to be able to speak in more than one language, and learn the different culture of each. I also aspire to share my love of languages with other persons through this platform."
